Wireless World USA facilitates residential and small-business high-speed 5G fixed-wireless connections. Speeds quoted on our website (typically between 100 Mbps and 300 Mbps) reflect expected average operating conditions:

• Actual throughput speeds may fluctuate based on cell tower proximity, physical building construction, gateway router placement, topographical terrain, atmospheric conditions, and network traffic volume.
• Fixed-wireless connections are non-binding month-to-month services with no annual lock-in contracts.
• Partner networks manage network performance in real time according to their open Internet policies, prioritizing critical services during acute local cell tower congestion.

4. Router Hardware Ownership & Equipment Returns

5G Wi-Fi gateway hardware provided for home internet services remains the property of Wireless World USA or our network fulfillment partners:

• Gateway routers are provided as part of your monthly service subscription.
• In the event of account termination or cancellation, all hardware must be safely packed and returned in good working condition within 30 calendar days.
• Failure to return gateway equipment within 30 days of service cancellation may incur an unreturned hardware replacement fee of up to $250.

5. Promotional Reward Cards & Offers

Promotions featuring prepaid reward cards (up to $200 Visa or Mastercard cards) are governed by specific eligibility criteria:

• Accounts must remain active, in continuous good standing, and with on-time payments for at least 90 consecutive billing days.
• Limit one gift card promotion per household or activation, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
• Reward cards are distributed digitally or by mail following promotional verification periods.
